Suitable for everyone including people with learning, physical and sensory disabilities, autism and long term health conditions, their carers and family. The 1 mile course allows participants to walk, run or push their way through a number of stations designed to heighten the senses through sight, sound, smell and touch.
Participants who need support to complete the Sesnory Mile should bring someone to support them.
Refreshments are not provided but participants are encouraged to bring snacks or lunch to enjoy at the event.
This event starts at the running track at Omagh Leisure Complex.
