Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is delighted to present “O Holy Night” a musical spectacular celebrating Christmas on Wednesday 23 December 2020 commencing at 8.00pm.

Link up with Strule Arts Centre online for a Christmas celebration, presented by popular soprano, Gerarda McCann and guests, in the company of the Ulster Brass Quintet.

This is the first event of this kind to take place in Strule Arts Centre Omagh and as we celebrate the Lord’s birth in this most challenging of years, O Holy Night, is guaranteed to lift the spirits of everyone who tunes in online.

The evening will be both one of celebration and reflection, with music and readings which will enhance the Christmas message and spread the serenity of the season.

Join Omagh based Soprano Gerarda McCann as she guides us through the Christmas story using the medium of traditional Christmas Carols such as Hark the Herald Angels Sing, O Come All Ye Faithfull and of course O Holy Night, accompanied by the Ulster Brass Quintet with musical arrangements specially devised for the event by Bob Quick..

Joining Gerarda will be Maura Twohig from the Tara Centre who has selected some of her favourite Christmas readings to enhance the music and spread the goodwill.

Come and join us in the heart of Omagh this year for a celebration of “O Holy Night” Wednesday 23 December at 8pm from Strule Arts Centre face book page.
