Speaking about the Community Convention, Chairperson of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Councillor Siobhan Currie, said;
“Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is delighted, once again, to host this event as it provides a wealth of relevant information across a wide range of topics. It is vital that local community and voluntary sector groups are presented and avail off opportunities for continued training and support as they play a key role in our district’s social, physical and economic regeneration. I would encourage representatives from our local community and voluntary groups to attend this informative event so that they may share their learning with their wider committee or board”
While this is a free event, prior booking is essential. To book a maximum of three representatives per group, please contact Community Services, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council by telephoning 0300 303 1777 (calls charged at local rate) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
