Speaking about the Community Convention, Chairperson of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Councillor Siobhan Currie, said;
“Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is delighted, once again, to host this event as it provides a wealth of relevant information across a wide range of topics. It is vital that local community and voluntary sector groups are presented and avail off opportunities for continued training and support as they play a key role in our district’s social, physical and economic regeneration. I would encourage representatives from our local community and voluntary groups to attend this informative event so that they may share their learning with their wider committee or board”
