Confirmation of Bye-Laws made under Section 2(1) of the Hairdressers Act (Northern Ireland) Order 1939

Notice is hereby given that Fermanagh and Omagh District Council intends, after the expiry of the period mentioned below, to apply to the Department of Health for confirmation of the following Bye-laws made by the Council:

  • Hairdresser/Barber Bye-laws

Copies of these Bye-laws will be kept at the offices of the Council at:

Copies will be open to public inspection without payment on any week day. not being a public holiday, during the usual office hours, for one month from the date of the publication of this Notice.

Copies of the Bye-laws or any part thereof will be supplied upon request.
