Fermanagh & Omagh District Council’s ASPIRE Employability Programme, which offers support and assistance to individuals who are unemployed or working less than 16 hours a week and seeking employment, is delighted to announce the return of their successful Graduate Fast Track Programme.

The initiative is geared towards helping graduates’ boost their employment prospects through professional development by participating in a free two-week graduate programme which is taking place from Monday 17 September – Friday 28 September 2018 in both Omagh and Enniskillen.

The programme includes a combination of accredited training such as First Aid at Work Certificate, Social Media and skills development, Job Search support, CV Development, assistance with completing application forms, Presentation Skills and Interview Process Preparation.

Graduates will be focused on preparation for employment and how to optimise their opportunities for success in a competitive market.

The Chairman of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Councillor Howard Thornton, said: “ASPIRE initially developed the Fast Track Graduate programme in recognition of the challenges and difficulties faced by graduates in progressing from university to employment.

The programme offers graduates practical guidance and individual support through focussed training and development to assist them to make the transition from university to employment.”
