1 FT SQ travelling exhibition to open in Enniskillen

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s 11th annual 1 FT SQ exhibition of small works, will open at Hambly & Hambly Gallery, Dunbar House, Shore Road, Enniskillen on Friday 8 February 2019 at 7 pm.

The exhibition will showcase a diverse collection of artworks, all measuring one foot square in size and features in excess of 100 works for exhibition and sale from more than 40 new, emerging, established and professional artists from across the island of Ireland.

This year’s exhibition is a travelling exhibition having previously been on display at the Gallery, Strule Arts Centre in Omagh and is part of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s visual arts pop-up programme.

To coincide with the opening of the exhibition, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council will also be hosting its next Arts Gathering, featuring presentations by artists, Nancy Cook and Deirdre Herlihy who are participating in the Council’s  Artsland International Artist in Residence Programme and Fermanagh native, Helen Sharp, who has just completed a term as Artist  in Residence at Centre Culturel Irlandais, Paris.
