Women’s Activity Programme

A new health and exercise initiative designed to help women get active has been launched by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.

The free 12-week programme, funded by the Public Health Agency (PHA) as part of its Healthy Towns West Programme, is aimed at women aged 18 years and over who take little or no exercise.

Programmes will start on Monday 4 September 2017 at Hospital Road Community Centre, Omagh at 7.00pm and Wednesday 6 September 2017 at Fermanagh Lakeland Forum, Enniskillen at 7.30pm. Each session will last for one hour.

Availability on each programme is limited and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. All participants will be required to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire. Participation on the programme is free of charge. Further information and a registration form is available to download from the related files panel on this webpage. Alternatively contact Chris Elliott, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council on 0300 303 1777 or email chris.elliott@fermanaghomagh.com.
