Outdoor Fitness Challenge Programme

The ‘Outdoor Fitness Challenge’ – a free 12 – week programme has been organised by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council to encourage adults to build up physical activity in a gradual and healthy way. The initiative is funded by the Public Health Agency (PHA) through its Healthy Towns programme.

People aged 18 years old and over who find taking exercise difficult are encouraged to sign up to the free programme which will commence at outdoor gym facilities in Omagh on Sunday 10 September 2017 for a period of 12 weeks.

The programme will be led by a fully qualified Fermanagh and Omagh District Council fitness coach who will provide professional training, support and advice to help participants get more active more often.

The 12-week programme will start on Sunday 10 September 2017 at The Grange, Omagh, 9.30am and CKS Omagh, 11am.
