Men’s Activity Programme

A new programme to help men aged 30 and over, to take their first steps to a more active lifestyle will take place in the Fermanagh and Omagh district commencing September 2017.

The free 12 week multi – activity programme, funded by the Public Health Agency’s (PHA) Healthy Towns programme and co-ordinated by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, is designed specifically for men aged 30 and over who take little or no exercise.

The programme which will take the form of 1 hr sessions will take place at Omagh Leisure Complex commencing on Wednesday 6 September 2017 at 8pm and Fermanagh Lakeland Forum, Enniskillen commencing on Thursday 7 September 2017 at 6pm.


Places on the programme are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. All participants will be required to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire.
