Update: Farmland applications to Scheme of Emergency Financial Assistance following winter flooding

Following recent notification received from the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA, formerly known as DARD), we would like to advise applicants to the above scheme, that DAERA will notify Councils of successful applications by Wednesday 15 June 2016.  Fermanagh and Omagh District Council anticipates that successful applicants will be notified by Council week beginning 20 June 2016.

In relation to the remaining unsuccessful applications we will notify those applicants as soon as the relevant details are forwarded to Council by DAERA.

Council services will return to normal tomorrow morning, unless circumstances overnight dictate otherwise.

Due to the amber weather warning, all Council offices and facilities are closed for the remainder of today, Monday 16 October 2017. We are currently working on the basis that Council services will resume as normal tomorrow (Tuesday 17 October 2017) however we will be keeping this under review. This position may change depending on weather conditions.
