Expressions of Interest open for Village Renewal Scheme

The Village Renewal Scheme is one of five Schemes being administered by the Fermanagh and Omagh Local Action Group (LAG) Ltd under Priority 6 of the Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme (NIRDP) 2014-2020 in the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area.

The Scheme has an indicative budget allocation of £1.25 million and will provide capital funding to promote the regeneration and development of villages in ways to support their important social and economic roles.

As lead applicant for the Village Renewal Scheme Fermanagh and Omagh District Council wishes to invite Expressions of Interest from eligible villages who wish to be considered for assistance.

The Expression of Interest form and related documentation can be downloaded from this page or a copy can be requested by emailing villagerenewal@fermanaghomagh.com or by contacting the Rural Regeneration Officer on 0300 303 1777 ext. 20311

Completed forms should be returned no later than 12 noon on Friday 16 December 2016 in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside ‘Village Renewal Expression of Interest’ to: Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, The Sperrin Centre, 1 Market Street, Omagh, BT78 1EE or The Townhall, 2 Townhall Street, Enniskillen, BT74 7BA or via email to villagerenewal@fermanaghomagh.com

Expression of Interest received after the closing date and time will be deemed ineligible.

Due to the amber weather warning, all Council offices and facilities are closed for the remainder of today, Monday 16 October 2017. We are currently working on the basis that Council services will resume as normal tomorrow (Tuesday 17 October 2017) however we will be keeping this under review. This position may change depending on weather conditions.
