Launch of Web and Procurement programmes

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council has launched the second round of two Council-led free business support initiatives – a Website Development programme to help businesses to develop their online presence and a Profit Through Procurement programme which assists small businesses to apply for public sector or large scale private sector tender opportunities.

Website NI Ltd will deliver the Website Development Programme which will support 20 businesses throughout the district who have either limited or no digital presence at the moment to help them set up or improve their website.

The Profit Through Procurement Programme being delivered by Global Education (NI) Ltd will assist 25 businesses through two days one-to-one mentoring which will focus on the specific requirements of public sector or large scale private sector tendering and will be aimed at assisting businesses to improve their knowledge, skills capability and ability to source and submit tenders to win new work.

The Profit Through Procurement programme is currently open for applications while applications for the Website Design programme will be accepted from Wednesday
1 November 2017. Applications for both programmes close on Thursday 30 November 2017.
