Cuilcagh Mountain Boardwalk Closed

Following a second fire on Cuilcagh mountain, yesterday, Sunday, as a precautionary measure Cuilcagh Mountain Boardwalk is closed today. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

A further update regarding access to the Boardwalk will follow later. Please ensure to check for an update if you are planning to walk the Boardwalk tomorrow.

The Council would like to thank NIFRS for their continued efforts in fighting these fires.

Due to the amber weather warning, all Council offices and facilities are closed for the remainder of today, Monday 16 October 2017. We are currently working on the basis that Council services will resume as normal tomorrow (Tuesday 17 October 2017) however we will be keeping this under review. This position may change depending on weather conditions.
