COORDINATES exhibition opens at Higher Bridges Gallery

Andy Roche exhibition at Higher Bridges Gallery

Published: 5th April 2016

An exhibition of new works by Leitrim based artist Andy Roche opened at the Higher Bridges Gallery, Enniskillen on Friday 1 April 2016.

The ‘COORDINATES’ exhibition includes a collection of paintings, prints, installations and sculptures which have been inspired by the artist’s study of theoretical physics; sacred geometry; Kabbalah; I Ching and other systems of divinatory wisdom. The works explore paradox and the union of opposites, often blurring the lines between art and science.

With many of the pieces displaying reflective qualities, people have the unique opportunity to become part of the artwork in both an unexpected and playful way.

COORDINATES runs at the Higher Bridges Gallery until Saturday 30 April 2016. Admission to the exhibition is free.

The Higher Bridges Gallery, which is located in the Clinton Centre on Belmore Street, Enniskillen, is open Tuesday to Friday, 10.00 am – 4.00 pm and Saturday 11.00 am to 3.00 pm.

For further information about the exhibition please contact Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s Arts Office on 0300 303 1777 or arts@fermanaghomagh.com.
