Christmas Craft & Food Fair in Enniskillen

Published: 30th November 2015

Christmas shoppers are in for a treat as Fermanagh and Omagh District Council once again hosts its Christmas Craft and Food Fair in Enniskillen on Saturday 5 December 2015.

From 10am – 5pm craft and food producers will display handcrafted festive fayre in the historic Townhall and the bustling Diamond area of Enniskillen.

The annual fair, which has become a popular event in the Christmas shopping calendar, will give shoppers the opportunity to purchase the very best of local produce and seasonal foods such as Christmas food hampers and delicious tray bakes or to pick up that something special such as handmade slate crafts, ceramics, knitwear and natural beauty products.

The Chairman of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Councillor Thomas O’Reilly, commented on the Christmas Craft and Food Fair, saying:

“Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is delighted to support local crafts people and food producers by organising the annual Craft and Food Fair at this time of year.

There has been great interest in this year’s event among local producers so shoppers can expect a Fair with a variety of high quality, unique, handcrafted products. I would encourage people to come along to the Fair, and also to support the local businesses in Enniskillen by ‘shopping local’ for Christmas this year.”

Those thinking of attending the Christmas Craft and Food Fair are reminded that parking in Enniskillen is still only £1 for 5 hours, so why not make a day of it in Town and soak up the festive cheer.
