About the Event
“Mum Says: I Do” is the riotous new play from local Comedian and Playwright, Conor Keys.
The play follows Damon McGuckin (played by the unforgettable David Chisholm) as he gets married to his one true love, Colleen. As always, Damon never gets it easy, but he faces the pressures of getting married head-first, alongside his bumbling brother, Danny Bo and his do-rightly father, Frank. On top of all this he has to deal with his new Mother-in -Law, a very questionable Priest and, of course, Mum!
Hilarity ensues as Damon and co. get ready to make sure that this special day goes according to plan, but as always, nothing ever does.
“Mum Says: I Do” is the second full-length play in the “Mum Says” series from Conor Keys and, as always, contains strong language and adult content and is not for the faint of heart.
