About the Event
Gortin Glen Forest Park first opened its gates in the summer of 1967. That season saw 40,000 visitors flock to what was an award winning tourist destination! A vast archive of photographs and memorabilia depict the history of what was both a working forest and a visitor attraction. Many local people have inputted images of their own memories. Others are invited to add to the archive!
Exhibition is on display in Omagh Library and is Free to view during Library opening hours:-
Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm, Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm
