Sean Nós: A workshop in the wonderful old casual Irish dance style suitable for all abilities and lead by an experienced teacher from Sean Nós Ar An TSionann Co. Leitrim.

With influences from Ballet, yoga, physical theatre and so much more this contemporary class will provide you with a safe and non-threatening way to experience movement that will revitalise your body, engage your mind and just make you feel altogether better about life.   www.Flive.org.ukFlive
