About the Event

The Enniskillen Neighbourhood Renewal Partnership will host an event to celebrate 10 years of the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme on Thursday 10 March, commencing at 2:45pm

The afternoon at Waterways Ireland (Sligo Road) will showcase the impact of the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme locally, highlighting the wide range of projects and interventions, and recognising and appreciating all of those who have dedicated their time to Neighbourhood Renewal.

There are nine Neighbourhood Renewal projects in Enniskillen and as well as being an opportunity to network with colleagues, the showcase event focuses on what Neighbourhood Renewal is, the areas involved and the achievements to date. Local residents will also highlight the positive impact which Neighbourhood Renewal has had on their local community and on them personally.

The Enniskillen Neighbourhood Renewal initiative is funded by the Department for Social Development, and the Partnership includes community representatives, elected representatives, statutory agencies, funding bodies and other stakeholders championing the needs of the area.  Fermanagh & Omagh District Council’s Neighbourhood Renewal Coordinator, Kellie Beacom assists the Partnership with the delivery of the project.

The showcase event is open to anyone wishing to know more about Neighbourhood Renewal and there are still places available. For further information, or to register for the event, please contact the Neighbourhood Renewal Coordinator Kellie Beacom on 0300 303 1777 ext 21201 or email kellie.beacom@fermanaghomagh.com.
