About the Event

Sat 2  Dawn Chorus at Lough Head Park, Lisnaskea.

Guided walk around Lough Head Park and Wildfowl Centre, commencing 6.15 am (until 8 am)

Learn about bird song and experience the incredible sounds of a beautiful spring morning.

Meet at the Centre car park where Simon Gray from The Conservation Volunteers will lead the walk.

He will help to identify the different kinds of birdsong; telling us where the birds have come from,

why they’re singing and what they mean to us.  End the morning with a cup tea/coffee and some

croissants!  Bring warm clothing and sturdy footwear.   Admission FREE – no booking required.

(Follow the sign for ‘Bird Walk’ off the Newbridge Road)
