Asda Enniskillen brings World Book Day to Life!

-Mad Hatter set to visit Asda Enniskillen!

Characters from the most popular children’s novels will take charge of the shopping aisles in Asda Tuesday (21st) to celebrate World Book Day (Thursday 2nd March).

Led by Asda’s Enniskillen’s Community Champion, Simon Harron, big and little kids are encouraged to come along to hear the magical words of Lewis Carroll, as told by Asda’s very own Mad Hatter.

Speaking about the activity, Asda Enniskillen’s Community Champion, Simon said:

“World Book Day is a fantastic opportunity to encourage reading, and this activity will really help ‘the words jump off the page!’  Reading is a great way to fire children’s imagination, and we know our local customers will enjoy seeing these classic stories being brought to life.”

Interactive reading sessions will take place in the Asda Enniskillen Café between 10.30am -11.30am on Tuesday 21st February

Children can swap their World Book Day tokens in store, or use their money-off coupons on a wide selection of book available in store.  Asda has an extensive range of adult and children dress-up options available online and in store.  The Mad Hatter costume is available in store now.
